To ale nen\u00ed n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee se p\u0159es nep\u0159\u00edjemnou situaci zdrav\u011b dostat. Aby n\u00e1m v dal\u0161\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b ud\u00e1lost nep\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ee, je pot\u0159eba um\u011bt odpou\u0161t\u011bt. Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je nezbytn\u00e9 pro fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a celkovou \u017eivotn\u00ed spokojenost, odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lidem kolem sebe i sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed pocit svobody a napln\u011bnosti \u017eivota. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt s&nbsp;vymezov\u00e1n\u00edm od toho, \u010d\u00edm odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed, a\u010d se to m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t velmi bl\u00edzk\u00e9 a \u010dasto zam\u011bniteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed ignorov\u00e1n\u00edm \u010di pop\u0159en\u00edm charakteru situace ani zapomenut\u00edm, pardonov\u00e1n\u00edm, tolerov\u00e1n\u00edm \u010di a\u017e schvalov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161patn\u00e9ho, zl\u00e9ho nebo bolest zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, sm\u00edrem (nastolen\u00edm p\u016fvodn\u00edho vztahu), nen\u00ed kompenzac\u00ed nebo snahou od\u010dinit vznikl\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edko\u0159\u00ed, nen\u00ed ani hrou a p\u0159edst\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm pohody, ani zaujet\u00edm pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho a nad\u0159azen\u00e9ho postoje nad provinil\u00fdm (K\u0159ivohlav\u00fd, 2010). Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e co usm\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, zahrnuje propracov\u00e1n\u00ed se bolest\u00ed, porozum\u011bn\u00ed prob\u011bhl\u00e9 situaci, znovunabyt\u00ed pocitu bezpe\u010d\u00ed a&nbsp;zbaven\u00ed se z\u00e1\u0161ti, jedinec na n\u011bj sta\u010d\u00ed s\u00e1m, zat\u00edmco usm\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed je interperson\u00e1ln\u00ed proces veden\u00ed dialogu o&nbsp;tom, co se stalo, vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 v\u00fdm\u011bna pohledu na v\u011bc, vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed bolesti, vyslechnut\u00ed v\u00fd\u010ditek sv\u011bdom\u00ed a&nbsp;za\u010d\u00e1tek obnovov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bry. Stejn\u011b tak se odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od zapomenut\u00ed, odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed vymaz\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e nov\u00fd zp\u016fsob pamatov\u00e1n\u00ed (Howes, 2013). Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed hlavn\u011b na kontextu, jsou pro n\u011bj nezbytn\u00e9 intrapsychick\u00e9 procesy sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed negativn\u00ed emoce, motivace a my\u0161lenky zalo\u017een\u00e9 na rozho\u0159\u010den\u00ed, a pomoci mohou tak\u00e9 interperson\u00e1ln\u00ed procesy zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitky odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (Worthington, Witvliet, Pietrini, &amp; Miller, 2007).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fdsti\u017enou definici odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00ed jeden z&nbsp;nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch badatel\u016f v&nbsp;oblasti odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, Everett L. Worthington Jr. (2000, s.&nbsp;229 in K\u0159ivohlav\u00fd, 2010, s. 112): \u201eOdpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je souhrnn\u00fd term\u00edn, kter\u00fd je charakterizov\u00e1n na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b snahou sn\u00ed\u017eit intenzitu motivace vyhled\u00e1vat pomstu a vyh\u00fdbat se snah\u00e1m takov\u00e9hoto druhu a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b snahou zv\u00fd\u0161it motivaci hledat sm\u00edr (usm\u00ed\u0159it se, vyhled\u00e1vat sm\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed).\u201c Jako podstatn\u00e9 znaky odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed K\u0159ivohlav\u00fd (2010) v\u011bdomou snahu sn\u00ed\u017eit hodnotu negativn\u00edch postoj\u016f a zlep\u0161it empatick\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bku, kter\u00fd je ch\u00e1p\u00e1n jako vin\u00edk, a sn\u00ed\u017eit negativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed toho, co je ch\u00e1p\u00e1no jako k\u0159ivda, p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9 snaze nezapomenout, co se stalo. Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it pozitivn\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitky (Fincham et al., 2005 in Worthington, Witvliet, Pietrini, &amp; Miller, 2007) a naopak sn\u00ed\u017eit pocity viny, strachu \u010di \u00fazkosti, a slou\u017eit tak v&nbsp;podstat\u011b jako prevence patologick\u00fdch efekt\u016f z\u00e1rmutku \u010di v\u00fd\u010ditek sv\u011bdom\u00ed (Ross, Kendall, Matters, Wrobel, &amp; Rye, 2004).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu hraje v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b \u010dlov\u011bka \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed roli, je to naprosto p\u0159irozen\u00fd proces zm\u011bny osobnostn\u00ed identity k&nbsp;pocitu rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkoho zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho, kdo byl dlouho schovan\u00fd kdesi uvnit\u0159, k p\u0159ijet\u00ed sebe sama, vyjasn\u011bn\u00ed si sv\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed a sv\u00e9ho m\u00edsta v&nbsp;tomto sv\u011bt\u011b, akceptov\u00e1n\u00ed sebe jako celku, v\u010detn\u011b bolestn\u00fdch str\u00e1nek (Bauer et al., 1992).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu d\u011bt\u00ed na Z\u0160<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je tak\u00e9 jedn\u00edm z komunika\u010dn\u00edch t\u00e9mat, o kter\u00fdch se diskutovalo b\u011bhem projektu, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozv\u00edjet jedine\u010dn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l sociokulturn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-projekt-budoucnost-inspirujeme-k-rozvoji-potencialu wp-block-embed-projekt-budoucnost-inspirujeme-k-rozvoji-potencialu\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"hZTERWmXAX\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.probud.cz\/acf-identifikace-a-rozvoj-potencialu-deti\/\">Identifikace a rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8222;Identifikace a rozvoj potenci\u00e1lu&#8220; &#8212; Projekt Budoucnost | Inspirujeme k rozvoji potenci\u00e1lu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.probud.cz\/acf-identifikace-a-rozvoj-potencialu-deti\/embed\/#?secret=vrL43lJJgf#?secret=hZTERWmXAX\" data-secret=\"hZTERWmXAX\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Neodpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a jeho dopad na kvalitu \u017eivota<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naopak lid\u00e9 neschopn\u00ed odpou\u0161t\u011bt pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed mnoh\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky nespravedlnosti a tr\u00e1p\u00ed se p\u0159em\u00edt\u00e1n\u00edm zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edm z\u00e1vist, pomstychtivost, nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost, ho\u0159kost, rozho\u0159\u010den\u00ed \u010di vztek, ale i strach z&nbsp;budouc\u00edho ubl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a\u017e depresi (Worthington, Witvliet, Pietrini, &amp; Miller, 2007). Toto odcizen\u00ed od sebe a ostatn\u00edch je hluboce bolestiv\u00e9, zp\u016fsobuje vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010ditky, zmatek, vinu, \u00fazkost a\u017e beznad\u011bj, \u010dlov\u011bk se c\u00edt\u00ed zraniteln\u00fd a jakoby nah\u00fd p\u0159ed sebou i ostatn\u00edmi, boj\u00ed se sv\u00e9 slabosti a br\u00e1n\u00ed se j\u00ed pr\u00e1zdnost\u00ed, smutkem, cynismem \u010di vztekem (Bauer et al., 1992).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neodpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u00e1 vliv tak\u00e9 na fyziologick\u00fd obraz. Zp\u016fsobuje dlouhodob\u011b p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd se zobrazuje ve velmi nabuzen\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch tonick\u00e9 tenze o\u010dn\u00edch sval\u016f, tepov\u00e9 frekvence a ko\u017en\u00ed vodivosti, zp\u016fsobuje svalovou tenzi v&nbsp;oblasti \u010dela, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, a pr\u00e1v\u011b tak m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit i vznik stresov\u00e9 poruchy (Worthington, Witvliet, Pietrini, &amp; Miller, 2007).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proces odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je dynamick\u00fd jev, sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e o ud\u00e1lost se tedy jedn\u00e1 o neust\u00e1le prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed proces, vyno\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed se hlavn\u011b ve specifick\u00fdch kriz\u00edch, katastrofick\u00fdch ud\u00e1lostech,&nbsp;t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b jedince \u010di v&nbsp;oby\u010dejn\u00e9m ohl\u00e9dnut\u00ed se zp\u011bt za sv\u00fdm \u017eivotem. Postup k&nbsp;uzdraven\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 od klam\u00e1n\u00ed a pop\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed k&nbsp;up\u0159\u00edmnosti a pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, k&nbsp;d\u016fv\u011b\u0159e a celistv\u00e9 akceptaci. Cestou odpou\u0161t\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed jedinec absolvuje mnoh\u00e1 v\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed a tvrd\u00e9 soudy, a proto je nutn\u00e9 pro\u017eit\u00ed l\u00e1skypln\u00e9 akceptace okol\u00ed, v\u00edra a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 bolest pom\u016f\u017ee k&nbsp;uzdraven\u00ed a&nbsp;\u017eal p\u0159ejde, a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 otev\u0159enost k&nbsp;zanech\u00e1n\u00ed star\u00e9 identity. \u010clov\u011bk z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 nov\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnosti, p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 to, k\u00fdm je, je si v\u011bdom spojenosti s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi a se sv\u011btem a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 svoji odd\u011blenost. Osobnostn\u00ed snaha o odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu zahrnuje odcizen\u00ed i&nbsp;usm\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, je to slo\u017eit\u00e1 a&nbsp;zdlouhav\u00e1 cesta k&nbsp;n\u00e1vratu do lidsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, cesta od zaseknut\u00ed v&nbsp;minulosti a od iluze, jak\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je, k&nbsp;\u010dlov\u011bku jako lidsk\u00e9 bytosti, nedokonal\u00e9 jako v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed, ale ne u\u017e osam\u011bl\u00e9 (Bauer et al., 1992). Trochu jednodu\u0161eji p\u0159edstavuje tento proces K\u0159ivohlav\u00fd (2010): pocit uk\u0159ivd\u011bn\u00ed pramen\u00ed z ur\u010dit\u00e9 krize a vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 vzdut\u00ed nen\u00e1visti k&nbsp;\u00fato\u010dn\u00edkovi, pot\u00e9 p\u0159i hlub\u0161\u00edm vhledu vznik\u00e1 alternativn\u00ed pohled nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed mo\u017enost \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle Worthingtona (1998 in K\u0159ivohlav\u00fd, 2010) proces odpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lze vyj\u00e1d\u0159it modelem p\u011bti f\u00e1z\u00ed (REACH model): 1. soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed pozornosti na to, co se stalo, a ob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed se konfliktem, 2. zrod a s\u00edlen\u00ed empatick\u00e9ho vztahu k vin\u00edkovi, 3.&nbsp;uzav\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1vazku vzd\u00e1t se snahy po odplat\u011b a pomst\u011b, 4.&nbsp;rozhodnut\u00ed se pro odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, 5.&nbsp;v\u00fddr\u017e v rozhodnut\u00ed vin\u00edkovi odpustit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pod\u00edvejme se v\u00edce na mo\u017enosti usnadn\u011bn\u00ed \u010di v\u016fbec navozen\u00ed t\u011bchto krok\u016f. (1) Pro soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed pozornosti na to, co se stalo, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 odv\u00e1\u017eit se v\u016fbec p\u0159ijmout situaci jako fakt a nezav\u00edrat p\u0159ed n\u00ed o\u010di. V&nbsp;tomto kroku jsou jist\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00ed lid\u00e9 v&nbsp;okol\u00ed, s&nbsp;kter\u00fdmi jedinec m\u016f\u017ee o situaci mluvit a kte\u0159\u00ed mu mohou nab\u00eddnout i jin\u00e9 hledisko. Pochopen\u00ed situace a motiv\u016f provinil\u00e9 osoby n\u00e1m pak m\u016f\u017ee pomoci poc\u00edtit a rozv\u00edjet (2) empatii k vin\u00edkovi.
